Ro Rowen from The Zeta Project. This is the last of my old fan art pictures that I'm posting, but I plan to redraw some of the older ones. Especially the slightly disturbing first picture on my page. If you've seen my old work, you should know which one I'm talking about. If you haven't... you'll have to wait and find out. *evil laugh*
I wanted to give Ro a modified Zeta-like outfit in this picture, and I like how it turned out. I'm still using this design for a TZP fic.
